Kindly read the terms and conditions of 'Tutor' to avoid misunderstanding or a needlessly unpleasant scenario at any later stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify any doubts before registering with us. It is to be done at the onset of the professional relationship. It is in everybody’s interest and vitally important for both the tutor and the student/parent.

By registering on our website as a Student/Tutor, you agree to these terms and conditions:

✅ There is no registration charge for free membership of students and tutors. The premium membership packages need to be purchased.

✅ The website has been established to allow students to contact tutors as well as tutors to contact students and view their profiles.

✅ Please provide a valid mobile number and personal email at the time of registration. Fake profiles will lead to cancellation of membership without notice.

✅ If you avail of services from our customer service executives for finding a tutor or student, you need to pay (including taxes).

✅ Any profile created showing irrelevant, illegal, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

✅ We reserve the right to deny students/tutors access if our terms & conditions are not followed.

✅ Free membership students can post tuition needs but cannot contact tutors directly. Premium students can browse tutor profiles and contact them directly.

✅ Free membership tutors can register their profiles but cannot contact students/parents directly. Premium tutors can browse and contact students/parents directly.

✅ Tutors should not collect advance payments. Parents should not pay tutors in advance.

✅ Tutors are not required to pay parents any amount. If a parent requests money, it may be fraudulent.

✅ Students/Parents must verify a Tutor’s credentials before entering into a tuition contract.

✅ A Tutor acknowledges that he is not an employee of this platform and is responsible for any tax liabilities.

✅ Home tuition agencies cannot use individual tutor premium plans. They must contact customer service for agency plans.

✅ We are not liable for any financial or physical loss incurred from using this platform.

✅ We do not guarantee securing a Tutor for a Student or setting any tuition fees.

✅ Subscription charges are subject to revision without prior notice.

✅ The platform is not responsible for any misbehavior between students and tutors. Users should ensure safety before entering a contract.

✅ Legal jurisdiction for disputes falls under the courts in Visakhapatnam, India.

The platform serves as a medium to connect students and tutors. Any contracts entered are solely between the parties involved. We hold no liability or responsibility for such activities.

Limitation of Liability

The site, content, and services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill due to the use of our services.
